BARACADE M.E. is an oligomeric alkyl alkoxy siloxane concentrate. When diluted with water, BARACADE M.E. self-emulsifies into a unique product capable of repelling water on concrete or masonry surfaces. BARACADE M.E. is a breathable, non-staining, colorless material which penetrates deep into the surface to seal out moisture, reduce efflorescence and minimize the damaging effects of freeze-thaw cycles.


Micorea S3 is a two-component polyurea system for spray application. A two-component sprayer with high pressure, high temperature and heated hoses are required for application. Micorea S3 cures in a few seconds.


SPEED PLUG is a rapid-setting hydraulic cement compound used to instantly stop running water or seepage in masonry or concrete. SPEED PLUG is ready to use and requires only the addition of water before plugging and sealing active leaks. SPEED PLUG is available in a standard 1-3 minute set time formula, as well as a faster setting 45 second version and a slower setting 3-5 minute formulation.

TAMMSLEX WP - Black is a high performance ready to use, cold applied, high build liquid waterproofing membrane based on polymer modified bitumen emulsion. Tammsflex WP- Black forms a seamless, highly elastic and durable film that adheres well to most of the common substrates e.g. concrete, cement blocks, wood, existing roof felts. Tammsflex WP- Black is highly resistant to chlorides and sulphates commonly present in the soil.


TAMMSFLEX WP-IN- is a High Performance cold fluid-applied water-based aliphatic polyurethane, waterproofing elastom, Polyurethane hybrid UV stable, Ecofriendly Flexible, Water-based modified water proofing membrane.


TAMOSEAL FLEX IN is a two component cement-based, polymer-modified elastomeric coating designed to waterproof concrete and masonry with inherent crack-bridging ability. When mixed with TAMOSEAL FLEX IN acrylic admixture, it becomes suitable to seal vertical and light duty horizontal surfaces.

VANDEX AM 10 is an integral crystalline admixture powder specifically formulated to interact with concrete capillary pore structures to provide a waterproofing system that is a permanent part of the concrete matrix. VANDEX AM 10 can be used in above- and below-grade applications. Active chemicals combine with the free lime and moisture present in the capillary tracts and pores, to form insoluble crystalline complexes. These crystals block the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further water ingress (even under pressure). However, the concrete will still allow the passage of water vapour through the structure (i.e. the concrete will still be able to "breathe").


VANDEX BB 75 is a cementitious, ready-mixed surface waterproofer.


VANDEX BB 75 E is a two component polymer modified, cementitious coating. It consists of VANDEX BB 75 (dry component) and VANDEX ELASTICIZER PK 75 (polymer component).


VANDEX CEMELAST is a two component polymer modified, cementitious surface treatment. It consists of VANDEX BB 75 (dry component) and VANDEX CEMELAST LIQUID (polymer component).


VANDEX CONSTRUCTION JOINT TAPE bridges and seals construction joints and cracks in concrete structures.

VANDEX CONSTRUCTION JOINT TAPE is approximately 0.7 mm thick. It is a synthetic rubber strip covered on both sides with an alkali-resistant and flexible polyester fabric mat, which forms a web on the edges.

The combined properties of the fabric mat and synthetic rubber ensure a strong bond with the concrete surface, maintaining excellent elasticity of the tape.


VANDEX FLEXTAPE is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Extremely durable, it has excellent resistance to weathering and is UV and chemically stable.

The bond to the substrate is achieved using an adhesive.


VANDEX PLUG is a cementitious, ready-mixed, rapid setting compound to stop water and moisture ingress.


VANDEX SUPER is a cementitious, ready-mixed, in-depth waterproofer. VANDEX SUPER is based on grey Portland


VANDEX SUPER WHITE is a cementitious, ready-mixed, indepth waterproofer. VANDEX SUPER WHITE uses white cement as binding agent.


VANDEX UNI MORTAR 1 is a cementitious, ready-mixed waterproofing and repairing mortar.
