We aim to make certain that all aspects of our business operations are designed and conducted in ways that minimise our carbon footprint in the corporate environment. This objective embedded in the heart of our core principles of the business and is transpiring in our research and development, manufacturing, operations and installation processes of the business.

At Tremco CPG India, we specifically formulate our flooring combinations based on two central perspectives: innovative and functional as well as environmental consideration and sustainability.

Tremco CPG India takes pleasure in being able to successfully manufacture high performance resin systems which have a lasting durability and leads to enhanced product life. Most importantly, however the resin systems reduce the need of replacement of the product.

Minimising Waste

We take thorough responsibility at Tremco CPG India to make certain that our products are packaged with environmental concern. We do this by packaging our products in bulk, using reusable UN Certified Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's) or recyclable drum containers in order to reduce the quantity of non-reusable packaging and waste.

We also monitor our waste streams closely in order to be most cost-effective with environmental consciousness in mind when selecting the route to disposal. Our ongoing aim remains to reintroduce factory waste to our manufacturing processes and find ways to eliminate waste at source.

At Tremco CPG India, we avoid the necessity of disposal for a variety of flooring systems offered as a result of being able to leave the flooring in-situ when floor replacement is carried out.

Eliminating Solvents

With over ten years of experience using water-based and solvent-free flooring technology, Tremco CPG India has extensively reduced the emission of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the atmosphere during installation of the product.

Optimising Raw Materials

We strive to optimize our raw material usage by purchasing raw materials within a 500-mile radius of our production site from local markets, warehousing and manufacturing units. We also are able to reduce the transportation distances and the burning of additional fuel into the environment due to this initiative taken.

As well, our flooring products contain many materials that are created from reclaimed or recycled sources.

Sustainable Operations

We focus on being sustainable in our daily operations by regularly undertaking site assessments in order to monitor our usage of the surrounding land, water and atmosphere. These evaluations focus on assessing the use of hazardous chemical substances, ventilation, environmental noise, waste management and water and sanitation.

Conserving Energy for Our Clients

Tremco CPG India takes importance in helping their clients attain minimum energy consumption levels by designing in-built light reflective properties in various flooring systems, ultimately reducing the need for artificial strip and spotlighting.

We also provide under floor heating systems which successfully are able to reduce energy consumption up to thirty percent in comparison to the traditional air conditioners and radiators.
