Flowcrete India recently provided flooring for BMR Exports’ processing plant in Nellore.

As one of the leading seafood exporters in India, BMR group became the first shrimp processing company to export head on vannamei shrimps to European countries.

Despite delays to the project due to problems in the wider construction industry, Flowcrete’s team of licensed applicators worked tirelessly to complete the installation on time.

The whole process lasted just 15 days for the installation of flooring, wall coating, coving and drainage lining and the facility was opened as per the original schedule, much to the delight of the client.

Numerous Flowcrete products were used on the project including 1700m² of antimicrobial system Flowfresh MF in the processing area, 3800m² of Flowseal UV in both the pre-processing and processing areas, and 180m² of Flowfresh RT in the anti room.

A total of 280m² of the chemical resistant antimicrobial treated polyurethane coving Flowfresh WR was used on the processing area drainage system, as well as 700 Rmt of Flowtex F1 coving mortar.
